Best co-working spaces near SOMA?
Starting a new role and need a desk for 3 months while I find my feet. What's the best co-working near SOMA?

Runway is the best for startup culture — good community, regular events, and the people there are actually interesting. It's in the Financial District which is close to SOMA.
Industrious has a SOMA location on Howard St. More corporate vibe but the facilities are excellent and the desks are actually comfortable (rare).
WeWork Embarcadero is solid if you want flexibility — you can use any WeWork globally with one membership. Good for when you're traveling.
Don't sleep on just working from coffee shops for a 3-month stint. Sightglass on 7th is excellent and has good wifi. Saves you $400-600/month.
Ava — true for solo work, but if you need to take calls or do deep focus work, a proper desk is worth it. Runway does day passes too if you want to try before committing.
